Refund policy

 

1. General Policy

At Trivana Travels, we strive to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

However, we understand that plans may change. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or changes can be made.


2. Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • The advance payment Make towards the package is non-refundable 

  • Before 30 Days of Travel Date:

    70% refund of total booking amount (after deducting processing fees).

  • 15–29 Days Before Travel Date:

    50% refund of total booking amount.

  • 7–14 Days Before Travel Date:

    25% refund of total booking amount.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Travel Date:

    No refund applicable.

Note: Flight tickets, train tickets, and hotel bookings are subject to the respective supplier or airline cancellation policies.


3. Cancellation by Trivana Travels

If a trip is cancelled by Trivana Travels due to unavoidable circumstances (like natural calamities, insufficient bookings, government restrictions, etc.),

customers will receive a full refund or can reschedule their trip for a future date at no extra cost.


4. No-Show or Early Departure

If the traveler does not show up on the scheduled date or leaves the trip midway,

no refund will be provided for unused services. 



5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Any transaction or convenience charges are non-refundable.


6. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and special activity passes (like safaris or amusement park tickets) are non-refundable once booked.

  • Customised  packages involving third-party operators are subject to their specific refund terms.


7. Modification / Rescheduling

  • Requests to modify or reschedule bookings must be made at least 10 days prior to the travel date.

  • Any price difference will be adjusted as per the new itinerary.
